Request deletion of your personal data from Unstuck ADHD
At Unstuck ADHD, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you signed up using Facebook Login or any other social authentication method, you can request deletion of your personal data at any time.
Facebook Login Users
Users who signed up using Facebook Login can request deletion of their data by emailing support@unstuck-adhd.com from the email address associated with their account.
We will delete all personal data within 30 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove the following information from our systems:
- Your account information (name, email address, username)
- Your profile picture and personal preferences
- Purchase history and transaction records
- Course progress and enrollment data
- Quiz submissions and results
- Newsletter subscription preferences
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Note: Some data may be retained for legal or accounting purposes as required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes). However, this data will be anonymized and will not be associated with your personal information.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to support@unstuck-adhd.com
- Use the email address associated with your Facebook account or social login account
- Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
- Specify that you want to delete your account and all associated data
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity by confirming the email address matches your account. After verification, we will begin the deletion process and complete it within 30 days.
Processing Time
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving your verified request. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Other Authentication Methods
If you signed up using Google Login or email/password, you can also request data deletion using the same process:
