What unstuck-adhd.com stores in your browser, and how to change your mind

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Local storage is a similar store in your browser. We use as few as we can: the ones the site needs to work, and Google Analytics only if you say yes.

We don't use advertising or marketing cookies. This policy covers unstuck-adhd.com. The Unstuck app has no analytics or tracking: see our Privacy Policy.

What we use

Strictly necessary

Always on

These keep you signed in, protect our forms and remember your cookie choice. The site can't work without them, so the law lets us use them without asking.

Analytics

Only if you accept

Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, shows us which pages people visit and how they use them, so we can improve the site. Nothing from Google Analytics or Tag Manager loads, and no analytics cookie is set, until you click Accept. If you click Decline, they don't load at all.

Spam protection on forms

Only with a form

Google reCAPTCHA v3 checks that a person, not a bot, is sending a form. It loads only on pages with a form that uses it: the free e-book form on the home page, the contact page, the newsletter page and the account sign-up page. Elsewhere it loads only when you start filling in the newsletter box at the bottom of the page. Those forms need it to stay free of spam, so we don't ask first. Google may set its own cookie and collect details about your device, under Google's privacy policy.
